The facility spans over 1 million square meters and is built according to Industry 4.0 standards, featuring fully automated production lines for mixing, forming, and vulcanization. Through the implementation of MES management systems and IoT technology, the factory achieves real-time production monitoring and quality traceability.

The product ranges covering all steel radial truck and bus tires (TBR), passenger car tires (PCR) and Bias off-the-road tires (OTR), etc, sold to more than 100 countries and districts all over the world. Our tires are approved by CCC, DOT, ECE, EU-LABEL, REACH , SMARTWAY, GCC, SASO, SONCAP systems

The group emphasizes R&D innovation and green manufacturing, implementing advanced technologies such as nitrogen vulcanization to significantly improve product durability, safety, and environmental performance.Based on market and customer demands, design new products and provide OEM services to customers.

By adopting advanced low-temperature mixing technology and low-temperature vulcanization technology, heat generation can be reduced; using new high-strength carbon black, while suppressing heat generation, the wear resistance is enhanced, achieving the combination of high-performance tires and Eco-manufacturing.
